The new series, set to be released in 2016, revolves around a group of friends in LA, all actors, all seen as the ‘nice girl’. The story follows the journey of the realities of these young women trying to make it in the entertainment business and dealing with the horror of the dating scene in LA.
The series was written by up and coming writer Hannah Jieun, who wrote the series based on real life events. This will certainly be a breakthrough in the New Year when it’s released as it displays the true life of living as an actor in LA. The show represents everything that is current and heart breaking about trying to make it in LA while having a personal that is less than perfect. Earlier this month the cast was a press event when they were asked about what it is like to play actors. “I have never actually played an actor before, it’s a weird concept and actually harder than I thought, (laughs Dennis)”
The Nice Girls will be released in 2016 and we can’t wait to find out the reaction to this new and unique show.
